Learning Resources
We aim to provide a range of learning resources to help improve education and training in plastic surgery. We feel these would interest not just plastic surgery trainees, but also more junior doctors with an interest in plastic surgery. Many of the resources should also appeal to undergraduates who have an interest in plastic surgery
These include:
- Teaching Presentations - varying from 10-20 mins in length, all freely downloadable
- Case Reports - we accept and publish case reports on any interesting/novel aspects of plastic surgery
- Course Reviews - we provide a list of relevant courses and course reviews submitted by members. Please sound us a short review of any courses you feel should be included. You can also provide your own feedback and comments on published courses
- Journal Articles - this section is divided into two sections. One lists papers considered to be seminal works or have had high impact in plastic surgery, the other is for published critical reviews of recently published journal articles. Ideally, these should be interesting articles, published not more than 6 months prior to submission
- MCQs - here, we provide a host of multiple choice questions on plastic surgery categorised by subject
All learning resources provided are freely available for use by all members. They may be downloaded and used by members as they require and based on our stated licensing agreement. The MCQ section requires members to enter their user ID (membership number) and password to gain access
If you would be interested in submitting an article, please see our submissions page for full details, we welcome all contributions
